Are you organising a School Prom or Leavers Ball?
We understand that your school prom is one of the highlights of your time at school. The glitz and glamour of the night with limos, luxurious venues and beautiful prom dresses need capturing as treasured memories and that’s where we can help you.
As a professional photographers, we take a range of photos which students can view on screen at the venue and pick their favourite which we print for them to take home with them that night. We can take individuals, couples and group photos – the choice is yours! The pictures will also be available to buy from an online gallery, within 24 hours of the event guests want to buy more later.
What you`ll get:
- You’ll get a fully equipped digital photography studio with backdrop and studio lighting set up at your prom venue at no cost to you.
- Our DBS checked photographer will be there taking photographs during the evening that can be viewed and printed while you wait.
- Lab quality on-site printing with special mounts for each print to take home on the night from as little as £5*. You will also get a FREE online photo gallery where photographs can be viewed & extra prints purchased if required.
- We can accept both credit and debit cards as well as cash on the night.
Choose from three packages to suit how you want to run the event:
Option 1 – Let your guests choose if they want a photo and buy themselves on the night.
Students can purchase what they want on the night. Prom photos can be taken on their own, with their date, their best friend or with a group of friends etc. Students simply select the photo they want to purchase and we print it out there and then for them to take home that night. We would need to meet a minimum sales target for this option – Get in touch to discuss the size of your event and we can give you a quote for the minimum sales required on the night ( minimum 100 attendees @ £15 or a 3 for 2 offer £30 for a 6”x8” including mount)
Option 2 – Include a photo with your prom ticket*
Including the cost of one photograph in the ticket price means everyone gets at least one photo to take home with them and if they want to buy more they can. Just let us know how many students will be attending your prom and we’ll be happy to quote you for this service. (*minimum 130 attendees @ £5 for a 6”x8” mounted print)
Option 3 – Bespoke package
